BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Anglo Euro Developers (S) Pte Ltd (AED) is a Singapore registered company with subsidiaries in S E Asia.

AED is an Infrastructure Project Developer in Natural Gas and LNG, and New and Renewable Energy in Carbon Capture and Methane Emission Abatement projects.

AED specialises in Small Scale LNG Distribution, Low Draught Floating Storage Solutions and development of LNG receiving and regasification terminals including operations and maintenance. As Project Developer, AED is involved in Gas to Power Projects and conversion of Diesel power plants to Gas. Through Virtual Pipeline, AED is well-positioned to distribute LNG to wider markets that conventional shipments cannot penetrate.

The core objectives of Anglo Euro Developers are (a) to balance development of Energy Infrastructure projects with Social Impact activities to enhance Inclusive Prosperity leaving no one behind and (b) to ensure projects undertaken have a significant impact on the Paris Climate Change Agenda and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in achieving the SDGs targets.

Anglo Euro Developers is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) of the World Bank Group and prioritises capacity building for its Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects with State-Owned Enterprises and Provincial Governments. Capacity building includes Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) Program, which is an innovation of the World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and Islamic Development Bank.

Anglo Euro Developers is an active member of Sustainable Energy Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe in Geneva and UNECE Team of Specialists in Public-Private Partnerships. AED is also a Consultant in LNG and Decarbonisation Projects to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific.

Its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Anglo Euro Energi Indonesia is involved in LNG receiving and storage terminals, inland and offshore LNG transportation, satellite re-gasification units and delivery of gas to end-user gate. AEEI is developing onshore gas well concessions for implementing carbon capture and methane emission abatement projects.

AEEI is presently focused on developing Carbon Capture and Sequestration projects for the recycling and conversion of CO2 to commercial products such as methanol and technical gases. AEEI is involved in CCS & CCUS projects for production of grey and blue hydrogen for market commercialisation.

Anglo Euro Energi Indonesia in 2021 has received Dun & Bradstreet rating of 5A3 based on tangible net worth. 5A is highest category depicting financial strength, risk definition of “3” indicates sufficient capacity for meeting payment liabilities.

Management Team

Alan Yogi Lau

CEO

Alan Yogi Lau is Founder and CEO of Anglo Euro Developers (S) Pte Ltd Singapore and President Director of its subsidiary PT Anglo Euro Energi Indonesia. Alan is an oil & gas entrepreneur with over 35 years of oil & gas and power generation experience in South East Asia.

In developing Energy Infrastructure Projects, Alan is involved in Capacity Building and is a Master Trainer in Certified Public-Private Partnerships Professional Program, an innovation of the World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and Islamic Development Bank.

Alan is a member of Geneva-based United Nations Economic Commission for Europe; Group of Experts on Gas and Member of Team of Specialists on Public-Private Partnerships. Alan is also a Consultant on LNG to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia Pacific.

Norman Chong

INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR

As International Director, Norman’s role is to assist the CEO in business development of small-scale LNG distribution in China such as up-the-Yangtze and other up-river industrial cities and townships. Focus is on small scale vessels and ISO tanks deliveries to the five inland receiving terminals currently being developed.

Anglo Euro Developers has been invited to source LNG internationally for the domestic Chinese markets by one of the major Petroleum and Gas Exchange in China, who is planning to manage the gas supply chain on behalf of its 1,800 members. Norman assists the CEO in coordination with local buyers and with approved Chinese Shipyards in the construction of Small-Scale LNG carriers and bunkering vessels.

Norman is responsible for coordination in Energy Efficiency, Renewables and Fuel Cell Technologies, and Japanese Earthquake-Resistant Technologies to support Anglo Euro Developers’ Renewables and Social Impact projects in Indonesia and S E Asia. Based in Tokyo Japan, Norman establishes collaboration and ventures with innovators, technology holders, research institutions, Government Agencies and Japanese Companies.

Norman is a Brand Specialist and comes from an Advertising and Media background, was a Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore and China Office with a portfolio of international renowned clients and Government agencies.

Peter Tan

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Peter Tan is an IT and Cybersecurity Professional, in charge of maintaining and enhancing key business applications and systems; short and long-term technology planning including executing hardware and software upgrades.

Performs troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, peripherals and online applications. Provides technical support to staff, leveraging broad-based expertise in problem identification, diagnosis, resolution and remote support tools, as well as providing security administration functions for user, data and remote access.

Provides leadership in ensuring company’s IT systems comply with essential cyber security controls and advises on effective cyber risk management strategies, policies and best practices for Anglo Euro Developers Singapore and regional offices in S E Asia.

Anglo Euro Developers shall participate in CDCAT® Assessment and prioritise Cyber Risks to meet compliance including ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus to provide maximum cyber security assurance. CDCAT® incorporates a framework with numerous controls utilised by UK Department of Defence and NATO.

INDONESIA OPERATIONAL TEAM

Dr. Sutiana Junaedi Ph.D.

HEAD OF PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Sutiana is an Oil & Gas Technologist in Natural Gas and LNG Processing, Regasification, Distribution and Technical Specialist in CO2 Sequestration and CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery including Chemical EOR, Thermal EOR, Ultrasound EOR and Water Flooding for high viscosity hydrocarbon.

Expert in Corrosion Mitigation and Cathodic Protection in Oil & Gas Facilities. Dr. Sutiana is a Team Leader in Cathodic Protection Installation and Carbon dioxide monetisation such as Syn Gas projects and CO2 sequestration. In-depth expertise includes Corrosion Inhibitor Synthesis, Analysis, Application and Corrosion Mitigation Microbial Induction.

Dr. Sutiana has published a host of publications on Oil & Gas Process Technology and Synthesis, Nano Technology and Characterisation of Novel Corrosion Inhibitor.

Irene Indraswari

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Irene holds the position of Business Development Manager. She has undergone company-sponsored professional program in Climate Change: Financial Risks and Opportunities with Imperial College Business School, England and in Carbon Capture and Storage with The University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

In charge of Business Development with local authorities, customers, suppliers, oil & gas producers and operators. Liaise with Government Ministries, relevant State-Owned Enterprises, and with customers and peers in the industry.

Current duties include assisting our expert staff in project sites selection, appraisal financial analyses and financial modelling. Reports to Board of Management and assists Group CEO in local coordination.
